Shaun at Ecoefficient solutions guided us through the process of choosing a system that suited us, vs simply achieving a sale. After shopping around, we found Shaun and the team from Ecoefficient to be excellent to engage with and provide a comprehensive solution to meet all our requirements. When it came to the install, Shaun was great at problem solving some changes we needed to make to our meter box, and extremely accomodating with a last minute request for an EV charger to be added to the mix. The work completed by the installation crew is excellent, an extremely tidy and high quality install and set up, which we’re really happy with. Sam was great to deal with when it came to the installation day! Comms and post install support has also been great - the team kept us updated throughout the process and made everything seamless for us as a customer. With banks offering sustainability loan products and rates, it’s a great opportunity to unlock some cost efficiency and resilience and with a company like Ecoefficient you can’t go wrong!
