So how does it work? Well, we configure everything at our end and all you must do is download the app, set up your login details and you’re away laughing! Simple as that. Essentially it is a live data feed of what your solar is doing at all times of the day. You can view your production, consumption and what you’re exporting back to the grid as well as what you are importing from the grid. We also have access to all our customers monitoring, so we often jump on to ensure everything is working as it should.
If you notice that you’re often using power outside of the solar generation timeframes, you can adjust your habits accordingly. Or if you are wanting to get a substantial number of appliances running at once, you can jump on and ensure your solar is producing enough to power them without the grid having to top you up.
